The property was excellent. Great condition, it’s in a fantastic area with lots of restaurants - a few within walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. We stayed as a family, four people - two adults and two older children for a week long sports tournament- the king suite with sofa bed was decent enough size for us although next time I’d book two queens simply for the extra floor space. Shower pressure was great and the shower is large so two adults, if desired, could share it and still have elbow room. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone and was well stocked over the entire breakfast hours. Will definitely book here again.

This is hands down the best place I have stayed since moving to the US a year ago. Room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was great! The staff: I can’t say enough good things about them. I traveled with my little Yorkshire terrier and they asked me several times if I needed anything…for me or for her! I came for the Billy Joel concert and booked this hotel by random choice. It will be my go to anytime I need to come to KC in the future. THANK YOU!

It was late so and the staff worked quick to get us checked in, we had a suite so it was in a corner in 4th floor which was perfect since there were a lot of kids staying for sports championships so we didn’t have to hear the other room doors open and closing all night.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. Jonathan and Mallory stand out. On the morning I left there were no luggage carts available. People had taken him to their rooms and kept him overnight. Mallory thought creatively and came up with food cart and help me bring my things to my car at 5:00 in the morning.

The location for what we wanted to do in Kansas City was perfect. It is in the middle of where we needed to go, Kauffman Stadium, Legends Outlets, and Overland Park. Also great having Jack Stack right next door for a fantastic meal when we arrived.

Everything met expectations and then some! Friendly and helpful staff, and spotless rooms. The location was pretty convenient in relevance to where our event was (The Bonner Springs Renaissance Festival.) Also, the complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever had! Definitely would stay again!

The room was very nice comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good quality linens and towels. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great coffee! Beautiful view, and excellent location.

I loved the room. So comfy, with the couch and plenty of room. There are two restaurants close that you can walk to.
